New Business District for Southern Part of Tehran (2010-2012)

A 200 Hectars of early 20 TH. Century as one of the old industrial regions around Tehran, was the subject of a new development area for more than 20 years. This Site is located on the northern part of Shahr-E-Rey, the southern region of Tehran, and in our development since 1990, it was considered as a Business District, to attract the job opportunities and provision of urban facilities, as a mixed use center, into the Isolated Southern Parts of Tehran. The project consists of 16 H. for residential (120,000 in habitants), 48 H. For commercial and offices, 5.5 H. for and manufacturing, 15 H. for an exhibition site for the southern part of Tehran, and other uses as; hotels, recreational, parks, and other services. The total building area within a variety of 3 to 16 floors, is 1.9 m Sq.m.
