Abshar urban design project (city of Mashad-2006)

A 70 heactars vacant land in the south part of the mashad city was planned to be developed as a high-density new residential area with urban amenities for the medium/high income class. The main boulevard connects the similar new development areas in the southern part of the city. Major commercial, cultural, recreational, sport, and tourist resourses are located along this boulevard, as well as high density residential apartment blocks.
