One of the three approved satellite newtown of the city of mashhad with the maximum.
population of 430000 for the year 2016. Golbahar new town is the first satellite town for the capital city in terms of priority, providing highly with urban scale facilities, as well as 86000 housing units in variety of densities.
In 2010, after 18 years of the first master plan, a complete study took place for a new revision to the first master plan, considering the new potentials of the city, as well as it’s new and future opportunities. |
