Klar-Abad Tourist Complex ( 1998 )

A tourist complex with multiple uses & residential suites based on time-share, has been designed beside the Caspian sea. A 22,000 sqm. Of residential suites, with almost 10,000 sqm. Of shopping , restaurant & sport facilities within a site of 17,000 sqm. Have been designed. The design phases have been completed in 1998.
